Fire Due to Fuel Oil Spray onto Exhaust Manifold of Auxiliary Engine

Fire takes places on generator due to fuel oil filter cover broken. Generator was running and fuel filter cover broken and due to that fuel sprayed over exhaust pipe and caught fire, engine stopped and fire extinguished. Not to over tighten the fuel filter cover.
