Thermostat not Provided for Fuel Oil Purifier Heater Leading to Engine Room Fire

Engine room Fire due to electrical heater for fuel oil purifier, running without purifier & Feed pump running. Engine room Fire put off by using co2 flooding, repaired all burnt cables & panels and then the ship was put into operation. Electrical heater for FO purifier provided thermostat cut off prevent over heat.
