Bowl Hood of the Purifier Damaged Due to Improper Assembly

HFO purifier bowl hood damaged. While assembling of HFO purifier 2/E not taken proper bowl height during out of HFO purifier while doing de sludge operation the bowl hood got damaged.

Corrective Action/ Lessons to be learnt:
Always measure bowl height before and after dismantling & assembling of purifier. Proper PPE. Refer manufacturers manual carefully.
