Improper Usage of Cylinder Lub Oil Leading to Difficulties

M/E liner & piston rings wear down. When joining it was told that twice in recent past both liner and piston had worn down badly. It was a occurring frequently, hence it was decided to do scavenge drain analysis, and the result of analysis shown about high TBN value of cylinder oil.
