Ill Treatment From Subordinates And Seniors

This is to highlight the behaviour towards junior engineer/cadets or to anybody onboard.

Corrective Action/ Lessons to be learnt:
In the present scenario it is very important to deal with other members on board including the beginners. One should be very diplomatic and with little affection.

Incident:
Deck cadet jumped overboard while vessel arriving port. He was picked by another vessel, as he was floating with life jacket.
Later the cause of this incident was found as the ill treatment he received from few members on board.
